Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. For stickers, this means the sticker must be in pristine shape.

To start a return, contact us at ch.vasilev@abv.bg with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

• gift cards

• custom or personalized items

• items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at ch.vasilev@abv.bg within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
